THE ORGANISATION

Please note this is a temporary recruitment opportunity for the period of 6 months and they are open to considering applicants who would like to work four or five days a week.


THE ROLE

As a direct report to the General Manager for Organisational Development, you will play a key role in transforming the employee engagement survey.

In addition, you will lead the project of pursuing GPW certification.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve both operational tasks, such as preparing board papers, as well as strategic projects like evaluating the employee experience process.

Your valuable insights on culture and employee experience will be instrumental in guiding senior stakeholders.

You will also contribute to the development of organisational frameworks aimed at enhancing the capabilities of our people to effectively execute the business strategy.


THE CRITERIA

To succeed in this role, you will be degree qualified with proven experience in a senior leadership and OD role.

It is essential that you have a proven track record in change management and the ability to mobilise and implement change.

The ability to engage and influence senior leaders is essential.

You also must be someone who not only is creative in their ideas but has the ability to deliver them.

Experience within the financial services sector will be highly regarded.
