How you'll make an impact

Our Organisational Development (OD) team concentrates on amplifying employees' talents by fostering exceptional leadership and teamwork for optimal performance. In this role, you will actively contribute to crafting and executing our Organisational Development strategy and main objectives. Specifically, your responsibilities will include managing and implementing various OD initiatives, processes, and ongoing activities related to Talent, Wellbeing, Leadership, Capability, and DEI.

You will drive the design and execution of globally consistent OD processes at scale, ensuring delightful experiences for Xero employees. Additionally, you will enable cohesive work plans across the People Experience (PX) division.

What you'll do

  • Work closely with the OD leadership team to execute global initiatives across Wellbeing, Talent, Leadership, Capability, and DIB.
  • Collaborate to design and implement OD projects aligned with PX strategies and priorities.
  • Partner with the OD Leadership team to oversee talent and succession management processes.
  • Establish strong relationships within the organization and PX to align OD efforts with business goals.
  • Develop OD frameworks to enhance employees' capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the Learning Experience team to deliver effective in-person and online training.
  • Create engaging content for various internal platforms across OD, Wellbeing, and DIB areas.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate program success and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Wellbeing champions to execute their plans and promote wellness and inclusion among employees.
