Lead an energetic and fast-moving team that delivers innovative improvements to our clients.

This IT Systems Owner role is responsible for managing a large portfolio of Tier 0/1 critical systems that cut across Payments/Collections, Core Banking, and online banking systems.


You will work closely with the business, maintain strong processes for systems operations, ensure quality run state from projects/initiatives and create room for innovation.

You'll lead an in-house team of Application Technical Leads, and Specialists, and manage vendors supporting our systems. You will partner with the business to maintain strong processes for BAU (run operations ensuring systems road-map compliance to the Business Strategy, IT Strategy & Standards, methodologies, security, Audit, and risk requirements.

About You


You will have commercial experience in effectively leading and managing a dedicated team of technical experts to ensure architecture, design, development, integration, maintenance, operations, and continuous improvement of Banking Systems.

Experience with running platforms in the cloud will be well regarded.

You will also be comfortable liaising with vendors, industry partners such as SWIFT and AP+ as well as key customers.

You'll enjoy sharing knowledge with colleagues, providing support when they need it, and at the end of the day, thrive on delivering quality services for the business.
