Job responsibilities

  • Manage grocery order twice weekly bread, milk, tea, coffee, fruit & cleaning supplies
  • Support restocking of VIK fridges at event time
  • Manage stationary order monthly
  • SYD / BRI / MEL / ADL / PER
  • Manage supply of RATs and other First Aid supplies
  • Manage ordering and distribution of staff Access Passes
  • Manage loaning out of Guest Passes
  • Manage office maintenance / facilities / cleaners including communication with Building Manager and Facilities Manager
  • Office Fire Warden training & management of other Fire Wardens
  • Support with meeting room bookings
  • Manage Boardroom bookings, coordinating with Football Australia's Office Manager & FWWC2023 Tournament Project Coordinator
  • Support Training Manager with staff onboarding days: meet & greet new starters with Access Passes, distribute their "Welcome Pack" required to be in office on Onboarding days
  • Manage meeting room bookings for Onboarding Sessions and tracking responses via the Office Manager Mailbox
  • Enquiries AUS Mailbox responding to enquiries and distributing to FA leads
  • Where needed, create and/or amend existing office policies & procedures based on needs and growth of LFS
  • Support with internal staff events: morning tea, afternoon tea, staff drinks and other special events
  • ALL Host Cities AUS & NZL
  • Management of office storage room & delegation of space to FA's
  • Collect & distribute mail & deliveries daily
  • Arrange couriers for FA's
  • Ensure cleanliness of office and kitchen is maintained
  • Provide general office support to FWWC2023 employees, and be the point of contact for all office related queries and management
  • Support with Intranet (lead from LFS perspective)
  • Support FWWC2023 Project Manager AUS with the standing up of the MOC
