Main duties & responsibilities:

  • To help update and maintain the Completion Management System
  • Act as central contact point for maintenance and approvals for the project
  • Track and speed up outstanding work scopes based on project schedule and milestones
  • Receive and handle construction, precommissioning, commissioning, and startup documentation from the offshore team
  • Update reporting data for tracking and reporting in management meetings
  • Ensure check sheets in the Work Packs are current and reflect the project completion system
  • Create appropriate System Handover Dossiers and prepare all handover documentation
  • Assist in coordinating punch list input and clearance documentation
  • Participate in weekly reports and progress reporting as needed
  • Prepare and update reporting data for internal and external coordination meetings
  • Provide Leadership to uphold HSE behaviors and culture to achieve set targets
  • Support the commissioning and construction groups to meet all scheduled activities
  • Collaborate with onshore support teams to back the offshore campaign

Skills and Experience:

  • Qualifications: Trade Certification relevant to the commissioning discipline recognized by the industry
  • Knowledge of commissioning system and processes
  • Knowledge of brownfield completions processes
  • Proficiency in MS Access and MS Excel
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commissioning in an offshore and/or fabrication yard environment
  • Minimum 5 years' experience utilizing and maintaining a Completions Management System
  • Proven record as a Handover & Completion Engineer or Coordinator
