THE ROLE

This position involves leading in Child Protection Practice and addressing sexual exploitation concerns. The Practice Leader is crucial in protecting children and young people, providing expertise in case management, systems development, and supporting interventions for at-risk individuals. Collaborating with Victoria Police is vital to prevent exploitation and aid in recovery.

WORKING IN RURAL VICTORIA INCENTIVE

Relocating to a regional area could make you eligible for up to $22,000 in incentives for external applicants and up to $14,000 for internal applicants. Additional salary packaging options may be available for those in 'remote' areas.

COVID-19 VACCINATION

The department recommends employees to stay updated on COVID-19 vaccination status based on ATAGI guidelines. Proof of vaccination is not required by DFFH at this time.
