ABOUT THE ROLE


The purpose of the Client Experience Lead role is to assist the Marketing Manager in the management of the Kennedys Group (KG) client channels and provide each and every client a fantastic experience through nurturing the journey, providing efficient systems and processes both internally and externally that create Group, client value, revenue, and growth.

The Client Experience Lead will also drive and manage the CRM and Marketing software programs that interlink with the wider Group operating systems to ensure our online channels flow seamlessly.


  • Adhere to the systems and processes in place within Marketing and the business and assist with user guides and manuals to better the employee experience when required.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager to develop effective stakeholder engagement/communication strategies that protect and enhance Kennedys Groups' reputation, brand, and market position i.e. testimonials, approvals, etc.
  • Assist in the management of Kennedys Groups' online platforms, including but not limited to Kennedys Group website, KG Instagram, KG Facebook, KG LinkedIn, Hubspot, and Aircall.
  • Act as a HubSpot Champion for the Group, optimizing the usage of the platform and upskilling others.
  • Assist with the strategy around lead generation, database management, and growth.
  • Ensure a high attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and thoroughness for all communications.
  • Adapt communication style, approach, and format to suit differing audiences when communicating about our different divisions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of our lead and conversion strategies
  • Manage the Google My Business platforms through regular photo uploads and strategy around Google reviews.
  • Support the team with all frontfacing client communication channels with the correct strategies.
  • Continually assist in the development of new client nurturing ideas and campaigns to reflect the market and business growth.
