Chevron Australia has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Coordinator / Advisor to join the Major Capital Projects (MCP) teams.

Reporting to the Portfolio Quality Lead, this permanent role will be based in Chevron's new building at One the Esplanade in Perth.


We are looking for people who can work across multiple scopes of work of varying maturity across the Capital Projects portfolio and deliver efficient and standardized quality outcomes, processes, systems, tools, and deliverables.

Work collaboratively with the Project Teams and Supplier personnel to gain alignment and ensure shared success for the project from a quality perspective.

This may include pre-production meetings; supplier evaluations; team meetings; quality risks; issues and concerns; MoC and Concession Requests and ad-hoc engagements as required.

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

  • Bachelor of Science or Engineering, materials or metallurgy based, or relevant certificates with required industry experience.
  • Understanding / working knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO9001, Six Sigma etc.)
  • Excellent people skills to be able to work collaboratively across project teams and external stakeholders.
  • Growth mindset and a willingness to challenge existing ways of working in Capital Projects with innovative and out of the box thinking.
