Key Responsibilities:

· Assemble Supplier MDRs in accordance with the approved MDR index.

· Develop MDR templates, including approval sheets, cover pages, and section/subsection cover pages.

· Format MDRs, ensuring proper bookmarking and page numbering.

· Prepare and digitize hard copy records for client submission as required.

· Monitor the submission and approval status of Supplier MDRs.

· Facilitate technical reviews both internally and externally.

· Coordinate the formal submission of MDRs through document control processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

· Previous experience in a QA/QC administrative or coordinator role is preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and adaptability to changing circumstances.

· Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

· Proactive problem-solving mindset.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on customer engagement.

· Ability to cultivate productive relationships with clients.
