The Opportunity

Civmec is expanding its operations and is seeking to enhance its Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams. We are looking for skilled professionals to support our ongoing projects, particularly in the areas of quality management and compliance.

Position Overview

We are currently inviting applications for the following roles:

  • QA/QC Superintendents
  • Senior QA Officers
  • QC Inspectors
  • Senior QC Inspectors
Key Responsibilities

As part of our commitment to quality, successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Implementing and overseeing Quality Management Systems and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
  • Developing and managing documentation and records to support quality assurance frameworks.
  • Conducting inspections and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborating with project teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement effective solutions.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidates will possess:

  • Proven experience in a QA/QC role within SMP construction and commissioning projects.
  • A solid understanding of Quality Management Systems and completion processes.
  • Relevant qualifications in QA/QC disciplines, such as CSWIP, NACE, or Lead Auditor certifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Experience in Civil and Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines is advantageous.
