Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Utilise your extensive financial expertise to manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability across all sites. Conduct regular financial analysis and implement strategies to enhance revenue streams and optimise profitability.
- Operational Leadership: Lead by example and motivate site managers and staff to maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and our company's policies.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor talented individuals who share our passion for delivering outstanding hospitality. Foster a positive work environment and encourage professional growth within the team.

On Involvement:
Be willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved in various aspects of restaurant operations, from front-of-house interactions to back-of-house support, as needed.
- Customer Experience: Prioritise customer satisfaction and guest feedback, striving to exceed expectations and address any concerns promptly.
- Marketing and Growth: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies to attract and retain customers. Drive marketing initiatives and ensure effective local marketing campaigns for each venue.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a multisite setting and Restaurant background preferred.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- A handson approach and the ability to lead by example.
- Impeccable presentation and a warm, personable demeanour.
- Demonstrated passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- A proactive and driven attitude with the ability to tackle challenges headon.
- Flexibility to travel between sites as required.
