Role Overview
We are seeking a Department Manager to join our team in the North Zone, which includes stores such as Craigieburn, Epping, Templestowe, Broadmeadows, South Morang, Airport West, Greensborough, and Campbellfield. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of members, recruiting, developing, and coaching them to achieve excellent results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of members to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
- Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance
- Monitor and control store operations, including stock levels, inventory, and store appearance
