About the Role


Reporting into the General Manager of Sales and Marketing, the Marketing Managers position will provide support in the development and implementation of the Marketing strategy.

Working three days each week, you'll be the 2IC in the Marketing team.

Duties

Development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns incorporating all marketing channels, above and below the line;
Marketing activities including campaign management, reporting and optimisation, PR, Social Media, website management and eDM;
Review and improve UX for digital channels and products;
Development of digital and printed marketing collateral; and

Stakeholder relationship management and influencing.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role or extensive experience as a Marketing Coordinator / Executive ready to step up;
Ability to interpret Marketing strategies and bring them to life through your campaign design and execution;
Understanding of customer lifecycle and user experience;
System experience with Google Analytics, Pardot and Salesforce;
Flexibility to work in a hybrid model. Office days will be based from the Northern Beaches office.
