About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at PharmaCare Laboratories. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and launching new products, creating and implementing a successful strategic direction, and driving media plans and activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Development and Launch
- Lead the development and launch of new products, including planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
- Set strategy, style guides, brand vision, and value propositions for both short and long-term goals.
- Marketing and Advertising
- Manage advertising and promotional budgets, including creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding.
- Develop and execute marketing and advertising strategies, including product launches and trade shows.
- Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze sales forecasts and relevant financials to inform marketing decisions.
- Report on product sales and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in a relevant marketing or business-related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience within the FMCG marketing space, ideally within food.
- Minimum 1-2 years as an Assistant Brand Manager or similar.
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Excellent organization and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Solid communication and rapport-building skills.
- Experience in managing budgets and forecasting.
- Proven experience in development and execution of marketing and advertising strategies and product launches.
- Experience and involvement with trade shows and all it entails.
- A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and drive growth.
- A 'can-do' attitude with the ability to 'think outside the box' and differentiate your brand from competitors.
- Sound PC skills and intermediate skills in Microsoft applications.
