About the Role:

  • Coordination and execution of the product change management system and process
  • Answer internal and external queries related to quality
  • Maintain administrative data and systems to support the team and review Artwork and provide advice on artwork to other teams
  • Maintain and update data both Simplot quality systems and customer quality systems
  • Ensure data is accurate and timely alongside coordination and execution of the positive release program, hot load and donations programs

What will you do:

  • Maintain product specifications in both Simplot systems and customer systems
  • Maintain tracking and reporting of PCM (Product Change Management)
  • Resolve quality queries that arrive via the QA inbox
  • Ensure data is accurate and updated in a timely manner
  • Ensure data is approved as required and filed so that the latest version of data is available as required
  • Provide information such as certificates, manufacturers declarations, ingredient detail and other documentation to relevant parties
  • Action simple requests via Hamilton Grant and Simart
  • Bring complex requests to stage gate meetings
  • Review and approve artwork to ensure it is compliant to legislation
  • Provide advice on what can be placed or claimed on artwork

About you:

  • Previous quality experience in an administrative capacity
  • Previous systems knowledge in managing specifications via Hamilton Grant and/or other equivalent platform, such as customer portals etc.
  • Good collaboration and relationship building skills
  • A clear and partnering style of communication both in written and spoken form
  • Agile and able to selfprioritise work
  • Deals well with complexity
