EDUCATIONAL REPORTING COORDINATOR

DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Educational Reporting Coordinator to join a State Government Department.

The Education Reporting Coordinator plays a crucial role in working closely with stakeholders and partners to create, report, and deliver valuable business analytics, insights, and trend analysis data to drive consistency in planning and educational implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collate, review, and analyze data from diverse sources and multiple partners to support the development and implementation of the Service Delivery Plan.
  • Create and maintain impactful business analytics on performance to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Analyze and present findings and benchmarks to secure leadership engagement and sponsorship, drive efficiencies improvements, and inform stakeholders of new priorities.
  • Combine functional and business analytics to drive process efficiencies and ensure accurate reporting of data.
  • Create dashboards and reporting tools to measure engagement and outcomes, report key performance indicators, and provide recommendations for business decision making.
  • Analyze trends at a local level, identify opportunities, risks, and tension points.
  • Develop and review service delivery processes, procedures, and work instructions, identify gaps, and support change.
  • Work on performance development and review plans with the Line Manager.
Key Challenges
  • Working collaboratively to ensure timely and accurate data and information.
  • Defining appropriate data and measurements to support decision making.
  • Providing high-level support in a fast-paced work environment.
Essential Requirements
  • Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in creating dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of Power Bi, Dax, and SQL query design.
