About the role

As the Executive Concierge, you've got a killer smile, a genuine interest in people, and the ability to provide the warmest of welcomes.


Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Based at the main entrance desk of your assigned building, you will be the first to greet anyone entering the building
  • Being the goto person, a source of knowledge and expertise for your building and local precinct
  • Working closely with the building management team, assisting tenants with bookings & reservations, local information, liaising with retailers, events and store orders

About you

With several years of experience in a face-to-face customer service role, your exceptional customer service skills and high-level attention to detail will be essential to the role.


  • Proven experience as a concierge or in a customerfacing role
  • Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
  • Ability to multitasking and manage your time efficiently
  • Comfortable using tech or a willingness to learn
