This is a highly rewarding and exciting role for all Guest Service Agents, Concierge and Front Office Team Members, offering great career potential and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of industry professionals and amazing well-established global brands.

The Brisbane Airport Hotels Group encompasses the Pullman, Novotel and ibis Brisbane Airport Hotels, as well as the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre. With 532 guest rooms, 3 restaurants, Rooftop Event Space, Executive Lounge, and 17 meeting spaces. Located at the Brisbane Airport precinct.

About the role

  • Provide courteous, efficient and professional service to exceed guest expectations.
  • Maintaining strict security procedures surrounding guest confidentiality & privacy.
  • Liaising with internal departments in a proactive manner to ensure group and guest requirements for specific bookings are met.
  • Provide quality service to guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during checkin, checkout and throughout their stay.
  • Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.

About You

  • Excellence in customer service & phone etiquette
  • A cando attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Knowledge in Opera and Third-Party Agents is preferred.
  • Ability to work under high pressure, and a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent grooming and presentation.
  • The ability & flexibility to work across a 7day working environment, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Guest Service Agent experience is not necessary, new to the industry are welcome to apply.
