They have an excellent financial backing, and a realistic / achievable target of operational projects within the next 5 years.


The opportunity
***Our client is seeking a HSE Quality & Compliance Manager with experience in risk management, to develop & implement current safety systems.


You will need to me an excellent communicator and able to build report with all key stakeholders and follow up with site team members where compliance obligations are in danger of being neglected.


What the roles includes

  • Utilise WHSE consultants to assist with developing systems and our admin support.
  • Ensure systems are in place for managing environmental compliance of their development, construction and operational projects.
  • Stay up to date with latest legislation.
  • Provide WHSE input into the selection of contractors and contracting strategies.
  • Ensure high level company WHSE procedures are reflected in project level plans.
  • Compile reporting statistics for management.
  • Proactively develop solutions as well as detecting issues.

To be successful in this type of role

  • Diploma or Certificate IV in WSHQE, or Construction Management or higher
  • First Aid & CPR training Certificate
  • Must have 2+ years' experience working in HSE Quality, Compliance & Risk Management.
  • Must be an excellent communicator and able to build rapport with all key stakeholders.
  • Be able to carry out meetings and presentations with both your team and the client.
  • Excellent administration and computer systems
  • Demonstrate a real passion for safety.
