Our Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled HSE Advisor to join our high-performing team at 55 Pitt Street, a landmark Sydney tower delivering 70,000sqm of premium commercial and activated retail space. As HSE Advisor, you'll play a critical role in assisting the Workplace Manager in implementing and maintaining our HSE Management System and Workplace Risk Management Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in reviews, risk assessments, reporting, and scheduling of HSE activities
  • Manage investigations and incidents, documentation governance, inspections, audits, and environmental risk work activities
  • Drive HSE processes and procedures onsite, fostering a safety culture aligned to Mirvac's Values
Requirements
  • Formal qualifications in a Health, Safety, and Environment discipline or similar
  • Experience in a similar role on large building construction projects in a tier 1-2 developer builder or main contractor environment
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
