In this role you will support the Senior People and Culture Business Partner to deliver on People initiatives and provide generalist support on all people related matters across the carsales business.

You will maintain relationships with stakeholders and provide best practice advice across the employee life cycle and identify areas of opportunity to increase employee engagement.

Our People team support the attraction, retention, and engagement of exceptional people.

Job Description:

What you'll be doing

  • Partnering with key stakeholders to provide people support and advice across the generalist spectrum.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to people leaders.
  • Manage people matters such as underperformance and employee relations cases in line with company and legislative requirements.
  • Support business units with cyclical activities including learning and development needs, talent and remuneration review, onboarding, employee opinion surveys, exit interviews, visas and recruitment.
  • Become the goto person for our People and Culture systems.
  • Contribute to broader people and culture business projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise to work in a high paced and energized People & Culture environment.
  • Ability to coach, guide and influence line managers regarding HR processes and initiatives
  • Demonstrated working knowledge and understanding of employment legislation with or exposure to modern award compliance.
  • Expertise working with stakeholders to deliver value add programs across the employee lifecycle.
  • A degree in Business or Human Resources preferred.
