Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Qualify and engage with over 50 inbound leads daily.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets and KPIs.
- Evaluate the legitimacy and readiness of businesses to sell.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up to maximise lead conversion.
- Responsively interact with all inbound leads.
- Focus on generating demand and qualifying leads from business owners.
- Conduct audio and video calls with end users to drive qualification and engagement.
- Present and demonstrate our unique service to qualified prospects.
- Manage CRM records and update account information regularly.
- Participate in team meetings and companywide updates.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- Experience in selling to small business customers.
- Prior experience in building and working with startup teams.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and other productivity software.
- Previous success in telephonebased sales.
- Adaptability in a fastpaced startup environment.
- Proactive nature and excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Selfmotivation and a high energy level.
