We prompt, guide, and support you in this process, and make sure that you are looked after well.

Our team will work with you throughout the process, be it identifying an appropriate accommodation, meeting tenancy rules, applying for a new accommodation, navigating through rental agreements, or exploring other alternative forms of accommodation, like shared arrangements.

We help you communicate and liaise with the concerned authorities, be it DHHS, real estate agents, or landlords, to make stable arrangements for you.

Our team understands the nitty-gritty of tenancy obligations, and ensures that you do too.

We believe in making the process hassle-free for you, so that you can have the peace of mind you deserve.

Your NDIS journey will involve several changes in living arrangements, educational settings,employment, or other aspects of daily life.

Under our transitional program, our support workerswill offer you the support you need to prepare for these changes and navigate them successfullywithout any roadblocks or constraints.

Through personalised planning, assistance with skilldevelopment and ensuring access to the required resources, our support workers will ensure asmooth transition and an empowering journey.
