About the Role


We are seeking an experienced and professional Service Supervisor to run a team of workshop technicians and apprentices at our Horningsea Park Branch.

This is an exciting, challenging and dynamic role in an ever changing industry within a rapidly growing company, offering competitive remuneration.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the safety culture and safety compliance within the branch
  • Ensure customer service excellence is delivered
  • Manage resourcing levels and the performance of the team.
  • Provide hands on support to the team during busy periods
  • Build positive and effective relationships with all stakeholders and clients by providing technical expertise.
  • Completion of all paperwork relating to the completion of jobs, including timesheets, service reports and other required information.
  • You will need to think on your feet and display a high level of integrity, honesty, reliability and confidentiality at all times.

About you

  • Trade qualification in mechanical field
  • Experience in leading a team
  • A clear and confident communication style with the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to think outside the box
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to details
  • Team player who will adhere to and promote the Company's Values & Behaviours
  • Whilst not required applicants with OEM experience are highly desired.
