We're searching for an experienced
Advanced Compensation Specialist - Workday for our
Human Resources team who'll partner with both global and local Performance and Reward teams to implement the
Workday compensation module including its configuration, testing and deployment.


You'll ensure processes are documented and strong governance underpins the implementation of new practices, in order to contribute to organisation knowledge repository.

What you'll do

  • Manage project deliverables in accordance with the Global Project timeline
  • Conducting frequent consultation, change and information sessions (including written communications) with HR and business to educate and embed solutions
  • Maintain a customer and stakeholder focus throughout this project by having dashboard success metrics that are reported weekly
  • Support the performance and reward team on remuneration related (nonproject) tasks when project work allows and/or team requires assistance
  • Build productive relationships with shared services and People Services to translate project outcomes into business outcomes.
  • Prioritise tasks, identify dependencies and manage competing demands to deliver process improvements

  • Advanced Excel Skills
