Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) is looking for individuals to join the team in the Sydney office for the role of Associate Workers Compensation Consultant.

As an Associate Workers Compensation Consultant, you will provide operational support to colleagues and clients by managing injury management software, liaising with insurers, and handling back-office injury management tasks.

  • Triaging and managing new claims
  • Overseeing inbox, systems, and document/filing management
  • Handling data entry and administrative duties

Your Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing injury management software for clients
  • Collaborating with insurers on injury management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
  • Creating reports, invoices, and maintaining files
  • Supporting the Workers Compensation team
  • Assisting with payroll tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Certificate or equivalent
  • Background in administration or related fields
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Ability to make informed decisions and manage time effectively
  • Team player with computer literacy
  • Tier 1 compliance will be facilitated by Mercer Marsh Benefits
