The Role
We're seeking an IT Asset and Access Manager to embrace a 12-month contract to lead our IT asset management, covering application, service, infrastructure, and data portfolio.

This unique position at Pepperstone involves establishing and overseeing IT Asset Management and IT Access Management functions. Responsibilities include managing the lifecycle of various components, collaborating with suppliers and departments, and ensuring up-to-date asset databases and software alignment with business needs. Additionally, you'll partner with IT support and Security teams to enhance access management practices globally.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Driving the asset management process from selection to offboarding
  • Maintaining accurate asset record keeping and supporting tools
  • Managing access review processes and ensuring compliance
  • Monitoring financial operations related to billing
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to procure optimal assets
  • Enhancing business assets functionality and relationships with suppliers and internal teams
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in business assets

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in asset and access management or similar roles
  • Proficiency in database management and IT service frameworks
  • Understanding of IT budgeting and software licensing
  • Knowledge of IT access management protocols and cybersecurity best practices
  • Strong communication skills and a degree in computer science or related field
  • Familiarity with data analytics and cybersecurity compliance
  • Current working rights in Australia
