We are looking for a passionate Store Operations Manager o help lead our Mecca Myer Sydney store in NSW on a full-time basis.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Lead the operations team to c reate and maintain seamless processes for incoming stock and to ensure the store is always looking beautiful
- Manage and execute monthly visual merchandising and promotional setups
- Manage and audit stocktakes
- Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and by providing regular feedback
- Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values
What success looks like in this role:
- Prior experience managing a team and handling large volumes of stock.
- Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
- A keen eye for detail, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
