About the Role

As a key player in our team, you'll be responsible for creating AMAZING customer experiences and driving sales during the most festive time of the year. You'll be the heartbeat of the store, spreading AMAZING at every touchpoint.

Requirements
  • Flexible with availability over the busy seasonal trading period and be available to work key dates.
  • Passionate about all things fashion.
  • Passionate about delivering AMAZING customer experiences.
  • An enthusiastic team player.
  • Looking for a dynamic, busy and fun work environment where no two days are the same.
  • Has flexible availability to work (weekends and late-night trade when required).
  • Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, permanent resident or hold a valid work permit or visa.
About Us

DECJUBA is one of the leading fashion retailers in Australia and New Zealand, growing our footprint from 5 stores to over 140, with two online sites. As a predominately female-led, Australian owned company we believe our DREAMTEAM are our asset, with over 2000 of us delivering AMAZING across our Store Network, Distribution Centre and Head Office based in Melbourne.
