About the job

To drive our Aptamil portfolio strategy we are looking for 2 new
Key Account Managers in our Healthcare Nutrition team.

One position is based in Victoria and covers the Vic and SA region.

The second position will be based in either New South Wales or Queensland and will cover NSW, QLD, and WA regions.


Reporting to the Regional Manager - Medical Nutrition, you will manage key accounts throughout your region providing support and ensuring customer satisfaction, whilst working towards business objectives to drive growth.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Develop and manage partnerships with key hospital healthcare professionals and stakeholders to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Collaborate with a range of customers including joint business planning, sales strategy, and training.
  • Use scientific knowledge to educate customers on Aptamil's portfolio of products.
  • Develop an annual business plan for your territory based on business and customer objectives, regularly reviewing the progress to identify opportunities throughout the year.
  • Support key operational requirements linked to this portfolio, including event management and demand planning.
  • Collaborate with the wider fieldbased team as well as other crossfunctional teams to deliver the Healthcare Nutrition strategy to your customers.
About you

To be successful in this role you will be able to combine your technical knowledge and your stakeholder management skills to create meaningful connections.

You will be self-driven with the ability to manage your time effectively as well as prioritise your workload. You will use your commercial acumen to identify opportunities as well as problem-solve.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Tertiary Qualification in Dietetics/Nutrition/Science/Nursing or other Healthcare Professional.
  • Experience working in sales and account management is desirable but not necessary.
  • Prior experience working with healthcare professionals in the hospital setting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with ease.
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Good selling and stakeholder management skills
  • Resilient with the ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively
