Until 09/10/2024 with possible extensionThe primary objective of an AV technician team is to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of audio-visual equipment and systems across various settings.
Their key responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and providing technical support for AV equipment, as well as collaborating with other teams and conducting training sessions for end-users.
As the Senior Service Officer, you will:
Support, maintain and install audio-visual systems and components, including:o Equipment installation and configurationo Digital Signal Processor programming (DSP) configuration and remote supporto Programming and support of audio-visual control systemsResolve audio recording and audio-visual issuesUpdate databases of equipment and job logging systemsMonitor remote facilities (via specific remote management software) for potential issues and/or faultsProvide input to initiatives that will enhance Queensland Courts use of audio-visual systems including new and emerging AV technologiesProvide support, training, assistance and feedback to clients and other team members so they may better achieve their goals and those of the team.
Liaise with and maintain.Applications to remain current for 12 months.
