We have an exciting opportunity to work alongside the General Manager on one of Sydney's most iconic commercial precincts; looking after over 250,000 sqm plus high-end restaurants and cafes.

This premium-grade precinct is owned by a top-tier property group and is a landmark in Sydney.

The purpose of this role is to manage the leases, licenses, capex budgets, and tenant relationships across the precinct as well as the property management team.


The Role

  • Leading, inspiring and mentoring onsite staff
  • Provide a full suite of Property Management functions for the asset
  • Handson management of the key relationship with the anchor tenants
  • Working closely with the development team
  • Meet the financial and performance targets of the asset on a monthly and annual basis
  • Assist in the preparation of strategic asset plans
  • Implement and manage contracts for building operations
  • All areas of ongoing leasing and arrears management
  • Oversee risk strategies, CAPEX, and maintenance works
  • A careerfocused and highly organised professional
- minimum of 5+ years experience managing A-Grade assets

  • Have demonstrated experience in negotiating property lease agreements
  • Skills in coaching, training and mentoring
  • Be fair, honest, empathetic and approachable personality who is proactive and solution focused
  • Be a highly organised individual who is a resilient, collaborative, exceptional communicator that is team focused
