About the role


We are seeking a Finance Officer to work closely with the Principal and school community to undertake a range of Finance tasks and duties.


The Finance Officer assists the Principal and School Leadership Team in a wide variety of administrative, financial related tasks to support the overall operations of the school.

This role coordinates the financial administration activities.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Financial Management / Administration
  • Preparation of budgets
  • Cash Management
  • Maintenance of Records
  • Reporting
  • Administrative Support
  • First Aid Support

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

  • hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.

Semester One 2024

Total Paid Hours (per week) & days required:3 days /week (days negotiable)

Salary level, range or hourly rate:School Officer Level 5 - $37.17 /hour
