About you:


We are looking for a
dynamic recruitment assistant to help facilitate the company's hiring process and ensure all recruitment procedures run smoothly.


Responsibilities:

  • Developing and updating job descriptions and specifications for all the agency's open positions.
  • Doing the daily job posting on different job platforms via HRIS (Human Resource Management Systems)
  • Assisting with recruitment, including advertising, screening applicants, and additional employment checks.
  • Greeting and assisting interviewees onsite.
  • Assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience, and attitudes.
  • Resolving issues such as interview cancellations and rescheduling swiftly.
  • Covering the invitation for the employee workshops and providing all the necessary information before attending.
  • Preparation of HR and Recruitment related reports (Performance appraisal reports, etc.)
  • Assist with training development and constant support to the employees.

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven at least 1 year of work experience as a recruitment assistant or a related role (either an inhouse recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
  • Base knowledge/experience in the Hospitality industry in Australia.
  • Handson experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc).
  • Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Outlook, and Gmail.
  • Handson experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), is an
    advantage (not necessarily required as training will be provided).
  • Business development skills for the growth of the company
  • Excellent communication in the English language (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or relevant field.

Availability & Reliability:

  • Looking for a Part-Time recruiter to be available at least 34 days per week, 8 hours per day. 30h minimum per week.
