Who we are seeking:

We are in search of a skilled administration professional to join our Systems Team at the Port of Brisbane Office. As the Commercial Systems Administrator, you will offer administrative support to the Business Systems commercial team and assist users of commercial systems. Leveraging your strong communication skills, you will establish positive relationships across different levels and manage the following responsibilities:

  • Delegation of Authority register administration.
  • Coates portal user setup and general administration.
  • Jobpac user and system setup and maintenance.
  • Jobpac training environment administration.
  • National Greenhouse Emissions Reporting (NGER).
  • Flexipurchase support for end users.
  • Ongoing support for Jobpac end users, including user setup, job access, general ledger access, etc.
  • Assistance with managing the Jobpac Helpdesk.
  • Support and assistance with the development and update of work instructions, standards, and other documentation.

The ideal candidate will be proactive and possess:

  • A collaborative and constructive work approach
  • Previous experience in administration or a commercial setting
  • The ability to work effectively within a team and with other BMD departments
  • Prior exposure to the financial management system Jobpac is highly advantageous
