We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Co-Ordinator to work closely with the business (planning, production, and warehouse teams), to ensure that sales orders are managed and processed in a timely manner and delivered in full on time.

The end goal is to guarantee excellent service standards and high customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Production Manager, key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Attend to and process customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal & external stakeholders to ensure client deliveries and expectations are met.
  • Arrange shipment and transport for customer deliveries.
  • Investigation of nonconformance report and issue credit notes/returns if required.
  • Provide general administrative support.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably within a manufacturing / warehousing environment
  • Basic to intermediate skills in MS Excel & Outlook
  • Strong communication skills, coupled with delivering a high level of service
  • The ability to multitask within a fast paced, time critical work environment
  • SAP software experience is preferred
