ABOUT THE ROLE As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the site and project team to deliver Urban Property Group's projects from the design stages through to completion.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Not limited to:
Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning and development to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates on project status.
Management of the project team. Comply with industry Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.
REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial construction projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
High attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills.
Ability to lead and motivate your team including subcontractors and other stakeholders.
Thorough knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and regulations is essential.
Proficiency with Procore, Jobpac and Payapps project cost control systems.
