We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Exhibition Services Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the success of the Marilyn Monroe exhibition.

As the Exhibition Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless visitor experience, promoting the exhibition, and providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:

Ticketing Management: Assist with ticket sales, manage inventory, check tickets at entry points, and provide accurate information about the Marilyn Monroe exhibition to visitors.

Crowd and Exhibition Site Management: Help maintain smooth visitor flow, assist with queue management, and contribute to maintaining a safe environment within the exhibition area.

Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by answering inquiries about Marilyn Monroe's life and career, assisting visitors with requests, and addressing any concerns or issues.

Merchandise Store Operations: Support merchandise store operations, including handling sales transactions, restocking inventory, and providing information about available merchandise related to Marilyn Monroe.

Exhibition Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the exhibition through special events, assist with the preparation of promotional materials, and engage with visitors to generate interest.

Team Coordination: Work closely with other staff members to ensure efficient coordination and smooth operations across different areas of the exhibition.

Requirements:

  • Some experience in ticketing, crowd management, customer service, or merchandise operations is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with visitors and team members.
  • Knowledge of Marilyn Monroe's life and career is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per the exhibition schedule.
  • Enthusiasm for providing exceptional visitor experiences and a passion for promoting the arts.
