In this role, you'll:


Working as part of our Network Services Coordination team based at the Rail Operations Centre in Alexandria, you will support our day-to-day operations working to respond to incidents that occur on our network.


You will be coordinating response and recovery efforts along our state-wide train and coach network, implementing alternative transport arrangements for passengers where required during service disruptions and ensuring that information is captured and relayed to key stakeholders in a timely manner during such disruptions.

About you


You have previous experience working in an Incident management position in a transport, logistics or operations environment and have a strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively during high-pressure situations.


You have a proven capability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment and are able to work flexibly across a 24/7 rotating roster to assist our customers whenever an unforeseen incident may occur.
