Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Bar Management:
Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including staffing, inventory management, and guest service.

Showmanship:
Create engaging and memorable experiences through creative cocktail presentations and interactive bartending techniques.

Menu Development:
Develop innovative and enticing cocktail menus that reflect current trends and guest preferences.

Training:
Train and mentor bar staff to ensure exceptional service standards and product knowledge.

Events:
Plan and execute special events and promotions to drive bar revenue and guest engagement.

Safety and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all safety and hygiene standards, as well as legal regulations.

Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end bar environment.

Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Proven ability to create and execute innovative beverage concepts.

Showmanship:
Demonstrated flair and creativity in cocktail presentation and bartending techniques.

Adventure:
A spirit of adventure and willingness to explore new trends and concepts in the beverage industry.

Status:
Single status only.
