Based on the years of experience, we're offering the following package for this role:

Base: From $60K to $80K / annum + Super (depending on experience)

OTE: Between $75K and $100K/Year on meeting KPI(s)

Share Options: Share options also offered as a sign-up bonus

Yearly Salary Review: Your base and OTE will be reviewed every year

To Be Successful In This Role You Must:

  • Have qualifications in a relevant discipline like a TAFE in Australia, or University degree
  • Have a passion for shooting, directing and editing videos
  • Proven experience and portfolio, even if not in the commercial world
  • Talent for scouting a shooting spot, set design and lighting setup... etc.
  • Talent for shooting
  • Talent for editing
  • Be extremely professional and a team player.

It's Advantageous If You Have Experience In:

  • 3+ years working in an agency or in-house
  • Impressive YouTube, TikTok... etc. portfolio
