**About The Role**

This role is perfect for a videography/film who's passionate about both shooting and editing. It's perfect for someone who's been interested in videos since a young age and who has been experimenting with videos for YouTube and needs an opportunity to prove themselves in the commercial world.

**Remuneration**:We expect a high level of commitment and ownership from our team and in return, we offer very competitive remuneration and benefits. Based on the years of experience, we're offering the following package for this role:

- ** Base**: From $60K to $80K / annum + Super (depending on experience)
- ** OTE**: Between $75K and $100K/Year on meeting KPI(s)
- ** Share Options**: Share options also offered as a sign-up bonus
- ** Yearly Salary Review**: Your base and OTE will be reviewed every year

**To Be Successful In This Role You Must**:

- Have qualifications in a relevant discipline like a TAFE in Australia, or University degree
- Have a passion for shooting, directing and editing videos
- Proven experience and portfolio, even if not in the commercial world
- Talent for scouting a shooting spot, set design and lighting setup... etc.
- Talent for shooting
- Talent for editing
- Be extremely professional and a team player.

**It's Advantageous If You Have Experience In**:

- 3+ years working in an agency or in-house
- Impressive YouTube, TikTok... etc. portfolio
