About the Role
As a Business Process Manager, you will be a key member of our Oceania Marketing team.

Reporting to the Software and Solutions Manager, this role will see you build and draw on knowledge of various Canon processes to drive a significant improvement in processing time and thereby making a real difference to the bottom line.

You'll use your excellent stakeholder engagement skills along with your excellent process mapping skills to drive process design and re-design, while maintaining a philosophy of continuous improvement.


As someone who thrives on working collaboratively and unpacking processes to unblock bottle necks, you'll be a valued member of the team.


Scope of the role includes:

  • Software Order Management Process
  • Work with Solutions Product Managers to map, document and improve software order to cash (O2C) and procure to pay (P2P) processes
  • Work with Solutions Product Managers and Software Solutions sales team to establish clear quoting processes for software solutions
  • Work with the solutions product managers to engage Canon software vendors for process improvement initiatives between Canon and the vendor
  • Improve processes where required for Software As a Service (Saas) products
  • Set and manage the process management framework for Product Marketing
  • Product Lifecycle Management Process
  • Analyse, identify and propose process improvements
  • Developing initiatives for continuous improvement within product marketing team
  • Improving product item set ups on ERP from launch to discontinuation for better reporting
  • Improving end of life and/or renewal process for products and services on Canon systems
  • Price Management Process
  • Reconciliation and update of cost price from vendors to Canon systems cost prices on a quarterly basis, including FX changes
  • Reconciliation of monthly vendor charges for SaaS
