About the role.**:
Our Queensland Government client is seeking a Test Manager to join their team.
Key responsibilities.**:
- Develop, maintain and foster a highlevel of client focus and a commitment to quality customer service amongst staff.
- Develop testing reports, decision, issue and error logs relating to the endtoend technical migrations and assigning relevant test plans to either end users and internal technical leads and teams.
- Negotiate complex test strategies and plans across multiple teams and resources to ensure the endtoend technical migrations are on track and successful.
- Provide advice on test management processes and methodologies, ensuring the adoption of bestpractice and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Delivery effective testing outcomes against the pressure of time, cost, quality and risk
