About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead to join our team at Credit Union Australia. As a Test Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Test Strategy to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Lead a team of testers to plan, execute, and report on testing activities, ensuring timely and effective delivery of testing results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain testing processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all testing activities.
  • Manage and mentor testers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Ensure that testing activities are integrated with the overall software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality software products.
About You
  • Proven experience as a Test Lead or similar role, with a strong background in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of testers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Experience with testing methodologies and tools, including test planning, test execution, and test reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
