As the company grows, we are on the lookout for a skilled and devoted individual to join the team as a Client Service Manager.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Act as the main contact for assigned clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively predicting their needs.
- Gain a profound understanding of each client's business goals, industry obstacles, and pain points to offer personalized solutions and advice.
- Work closely with internal departments like sales, operations, and product development to ensure smooth service and solution delivery.
- Oversee client accounts, including negotiations, renewals, and seizing opportunities to boost revenue.
What are we looking for?
- Demonstrated background in client services, account management, or a similar customer-facing position.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish connections and trust with clients at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, capable of juggling multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Analytical approach with the capacity to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-oriented decisions.
- Proactive issue resolver with a customer-focused mindset and a dedication to providing exceptional service.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools and technologies.
