About the Role

The Department of Justice and Community Safety is seeking a skilled Salesforce CRM Administrator to provide technical support for a new case management system. As a key member of the Corporate Services and Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing the Salesforce platform, providing expert support to users, and delivering effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Salesforce applications by provisioning user access, fixing bugs, and making minor enhancements.
  • Write technical documentation and administer Salesforce components.
  • Provide expert support to users and service delivery functions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 4+ years of relevant Salesforce Administrator experience.
  • Experience in flows, Apex, validation rules, system automation, sharing & security settings, permissions management, and formula fields.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is essential.
  • Relevant tertiary or postgraduate qualifications in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology are highly regarded.
