We are seeking an experienced and analytical Salesforce and ZoomInfo Administrator to join our team at Hubstaff. As a key member of our marketing and growth team, you will be responsible for managing and customizing the Salesforce and ZoomInfo platforms to meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customize and configure Salesforce and ZoomInfo to meet the organization's needs
  • Create and manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets
  • Oversee data quality, data imports, data exports, and data cleansing activities to maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce and ZoomInfo
  • Implement and manage sales and marketing automation processes using workflows, process builder, and flows
  • Manage data quality and integrity within Salesforce and ZoomInfo, including data imports, exports, and data cleansing
  • Work on integrating Salesforce and ZoomInfo with other systems and applications, as well as setting up automation processes using tools like workflows, process builder, and automation tools
  • Provide training and support to users on how to effectively use Salesforce and ZoomInfo
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new features and enhancements
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and ZoomInfo to provide insights into key performance metrics and help drive data-driven decision-making
  • Keep up-to-date with Salesforce and ZoomInfo updates and best practices to optimize the platform's performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce and ZoomInfo functionality
Requirements
  • 3+ years proven work experience as a Salesforce and ZoomInfo Administrator
  • Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and ZoomInfo platforms and best practices
  • Understanding of sales and marketing best practices, as both Salesforce and ZoomInfo are used primarily for these teams
  • Salesforce and ZoomInfo Administrator certification is preferred
  • Able to work during Australian business hours
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and logically
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
