This opportunity will see you proactively coordinate after sales service and warranty claims from query to resolution, maintaining excellent internal and external customer communication.

Located at Headquarters in Noble Park this position is available for an immediate start.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate installer rectification requests, evidence for enquiries, service requests and claim management.
  • Investigate queries and claims, update customers and system records.
  • Review complex rectification requests with the Technical & Warehouse Manager for guidance and approvals.
  • Ensure all repairs, reworks and service calls are actioned, debriefed and communicated to the customer.
  • Source prices for repairs and provide quotes to customer.
  • Raise purchase orders and send to suppliers, monitor ETAs and follow up.
  • Ensure customers are kept up to date with their order status and are aware of possible issues or delays in supply.
  • Provide back up support for scheduling installer runs when required.
  • Other duties as reasonably requested.

Ideally you will have:

  • Prior experience working in a similar role is highly regarded.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent investigative / problem solving skills.
  • The ability to multitask and work within deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate (Word & Excel).
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail.
  • Customer focused and results oriented.
