The Warranty Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of warranty claims and processes. This position is responsible for overseeing the submission and review of warranty claims, ensuring that all customer and company warranty requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external partners. Key responsibilities include managing warranty claims, analyzing data, implementing productivity structures, and developing communication with OEMs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating rework programs, assisting in dealer service training, and providing ongoing leadership and training for workshop processes and procedures. If you have experience in a technical role in a commercial environment, a minimum of 2 years' experience in warranty management, and strong interpersonal and communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
